In this episode, I am opening up about my struggle to keep myself afloat balancing motherhood and my career.

 

To be honest, my shit was a mess. It got to a point where I felt like it was just easier to give up and let it all go to hell rather than trying to put the pieces together again.

 

In the true Classy and Real fashion, I am sharing all of this with you because I want other moms to know they are not alone in feeling a little desperate for a way out.

 

I am giving you the six steps I took to get myself out of that shitty place of anxiety, overwhelm, and self-loathing.

 

  1. Recognize you have a problem.
  2. Give yourself grace.
  3. Decide what to do next.
  4. Make a plan.
  5. Honor your plan no matter what.
  6. Evaluate and make changes as you go.
