Creating and running a coaching business can get complicated. But sometimes it’s because you make it that way. It’s hard to get a handle on growing something with so many moving parts, but overthinking it just adds to the confusion. When it comes to coaching, you’ve got to simplify to multiply.

In this Clubhouse session, Taki uses me, Ronsley, as a case study. I tend to complicate things. It’s just my personality. So with my new Mastermind Class, it’s getting a little tricky to work out the logistics of marketing. Thankfully I have the best coach in the world who shows me how to make things a lot more straightforward.

The questions vary, but they’re all centred around simplifying your business model. How do you grow your business in the easiest way possible? Make it accessible, simple to understand and hard to say no to. Simplify to multiply.

Questions and Topics Discussed:

  • {00:07:56} How do I simplify a new product or coaching session that has so many moving parts?
  • {00:14:18} It’s easy to get stuck on the tech aspect of your business. What are some ways to focus on the outcome of these technologies instead?
