Orlaith Curran is currently working for UCD's Ad Astra Elite Academy as an S&C coach. She is also the lead Athletic Performance Coach for the Irish Women's Rugby XVs team. In addition, she oversees the athletic performance of the U21 girls Irish Hockey team. Previously, she was in New Zealand for 2.5 years working for the Taranaki Rugby Union in an S&C role along with a Women's Rugby Development role.
