HEY COASTER CREW!!!!

We did a thing...We announced it on the Christmas special. We (Lance and Cason) are super excited to announce our new branch-off show for dads called The Stein - A Podcast for Dads.

This idea was born out of friendship and common interests in growing in our vocation and a desire for community. We make it clear in the first episode that we are NOT experts "blessing" people with our advice . This show is about us wanting to grow as dads and wanting to grow with dads. We will enlist the help of experts, share our own struggles and successes, talk to other dads about their experiences, and grow together.

Since it is an extension/spin-off/branch-off of The Coaster, we'll be releasing it on The Coaster's feed, like the dad sessions of The Coaster or something. If you're subscribed to The Coaster, you're subscribed to The Stein. All of the social media promotion will be kept under The Coaster (except Instagram - @thesteinpod) until / unless it grows and takes off enough to warrant it's own channel and media accounts. We didn't want to put the cart before the horse.

When The Coaster went down to twice a month, it opened up an opportunity to produce more / different content for our listeners on the other weeks. This show will alternate weeks with The Coaster.

The first episode will be released on Jan 15, 2021 at 5pm MST. We chose this day and time so dads can listen on their drive home from work on Friday. We thought it was a cool touch. Also, St. Joseph is our Patron, which is rad.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you - The Coaster Crew - know what's happening! We are still ironing out some wrinkles (distance recording setups / Cason's mic), so please be patient! :D
