Even though Contrarian’s Corner is sometimes facetious, Alex and Julio always bring up some thought provoking ideas that I hadn’t thought of before when watching the movie they’re discussing. Not to mention that Alex drops a ton of professional wrestling references and I feel like I understand his points on another level. Julio is a sweetheart so don’t say I didn’t say anything nice about you Julio.

A genuinely good fun exploration of cinema, reviews and established ideas about what makes a cinematic classic and a flop. The two hosts play off of each other in a witty and charming way that will have you wanting more!
