Your gym may be closed and your running group may have been temporarily disbanded but that shouldn’t mean you have to stop exercising altogether! Exercise and the endorphins that movement releases are vital right now, so we reached out to two friends who have found ways to make self-isolation as well as virtual and home-workouts work for them.

Lee Richards, Poet, Comedian & Yoga Instructor highlights the necessity of movement, taking time to meditate and the physical and emotional benefits of mindfulness. He also shares insight into the importance of acknowledging the difference between social and physical distancing - while physical distance is mandatory, we should use this time to come closer together as a community. Erin Westover, the Market Lead at Upflex in Europe, and avid Crossfitter, takes us through how to best utelise one's space, food and homeware for exercise, and shares her own 10 minute, home-workout routine.
