In this episode we look at the reality of what coworking spaces offer a city and how it's value can and should be shared with those investing in them.

The first thing to consider when vying for you coworking space in the city is why? Ask yourself not only how can you make your space successful, but what does that success look like to your city government?

Though Philadelphia maintains its consistency in "brotherly love" and cheesesteak championing, the inherent politics embedded in it's government policies can and will change and so Indy Hall's position within those politics has to as well.
