  • Healthy rules for Sara and Mimi from Tracy:
    • More water - less beer
    • Lunch bag first ( almonds, hard veggies and fruits, fibercereals, whole wheat sandwiches..)
    • 4 minutes of the risky business workout is better than amargarita
    • Water, veggie before wing, water, lean protein ( wingsgenerally do not qualify) and tons more like: 
    • Get the hotel rest. to prepare a health sandwich that you canpick up on your way out
    • Stretch, breath and be merrier.
