We all have to deal with the worst people in our work place whether it’s customers or colleges and it builds up with an outcome of you feeling worthless.

This is how you can deal with these people. The best thing to do (which I left out) IS HAVE A HOBBY, HAVE SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TOO!
