Most entrepreneurs start a business because they want to be their own boss or put another way, they want to be the captain of their own ship. Autonomy is one reason why I started my entrepreneurial journey. Unfortunately I've lost my way and have slipped away from what truly fuels me and provides a sense of purpose.
