Dan Kozaris is a qualified Secondary Outdoor Education and Physical Education Teacher. He pivoted his journey within a few years of entering the education system when he saw a calling in being a master of his own destiny in the offroad industry. Carbon Offroad Australia, a specialist online offroad product supply company in recovery, suspension and performance categories was the result, now one of the best know winch and 4x4 recovery brands in Australia, and just about to take on the USA market. 

14 years later since the pivot, a wife, two kids, two businesses, multiple employees, some solidly crazy adventures and COVID thrown in for good measure all make for interesting times, with a lot of reflection and hindsight thrown in, Dan asks the questions not often asked, talks about topics not often discussed, breaks the boundaries of the modern man, and delves into topics that hopefully make us better humans by providing tangible action items and realisations to help you reach your own potential.
