It was almost like I went to Dubai out of desperation. And I say that because

0:03

you see the pictures of me in Dubai, like, oh, Flo's killing it.

0:07

I landed without pay, right? I got paid after.

0:10

So it was like I was risking being even more in debt with the same members to

0:17

get some kind of cash to cover this dream of mine because I believed in what I was doing with that.

0:31

What's up, DadHack crew, and welcome to another episode of the DadHack Chronicles podcast.

0:36

And this week, we finish my interview with Flo Bo Bice.

0:40

Listen, on this episode, we talk about his time in Dubai, Grid League,

0:45

and then also, you know, as content creators, sometimes we think that's like

0:50

everything just happens overnight, right? But we don't see the struggles that a lot of us go through, like we run our

0:56

money or it just doesn't work out or some of the content that we're putting doesn't get noticed.

1:02

All of that, right? The struggles that we go through. So we talk a little bit about that as well.

1:05

And then finally, we ended with my famous, not so famous questions.

1:09

So I wanted to make sure that you guys had a good episode.

1:13

I'm really proud of this one. You guys are going to enjoy it.

1:16

So guys, without further ado, I give you the episode.

1:20

I love that. Yeah, I absolutely love that. That's something I have to get better

1:23

at. Like I'm an outgoing person. That's who I am, right?

1:26

But I'm very outgoing in my own environment here, right?

1:31

Something that I have to learn, get better at is when I'm out there.

1:35

That's something that, like you said, it's like you start recording,

1:39

right? You grab your phone and all that. And then all of a sudden somebody's like...

1:43

Yeah. And you put the phone down. With your lady or your friends like,

1:46

all right, Hollywood. You know what I mean? You're like, no, I'm just doing this for the gram.

1:49

Yeah. I'm like, man, I'm just, listen, look at my, look at my,

1:52

my YouTube channel. That's what it is though.

1:54

And it's funny because I've had so many, so many takes making like my daily

1:59

video switch are less than two minutes, but there's so many takes that people

2:02

just don't see. It is, it's insanity.

2:05

I, my first podcast and the modern era,

2:08

cause I used to podcast when I was a kid, it was was literally me and my phone in

2:11

my car because the car is nice and safe yeah it's

2:15

your safe environment best sound acoustics and

2:18

i was like hey i'm doing a podcast or whatever but then i think with the reps

2:21

and just being comfortable with your voices you become be more comfortable doing

2:24

it but i i don't forget those days at all like i go traveling be like oh we're

2:28

travel videos you're like here's something but yeah i get so weird to be considered

2:33

rude yeah it's funny though So I love that.

2:36

And, you know, I see that, you know, the one thing that we interacted with was

2:43

the one that you took a picture of you.

2:45

Like, you know, you said you were in London with your peacoat and your coffee and all that.

2:51

If there's anything that was too funny to me, I was dying.

2:54

I was like, man, you're in L.A., man. And you're like, actually,

2:57

it was closure. And I'm like, bro, that is hilarious.

3:01

I just rolled in there like I'm going to be as alien as I possibly can.

3:04

Man, Manchester City scarf and the little cabbie driver hat. It was great.

3:08

That was great. I mean, I give you kudos for that because I was like, you know what?

3:12

You're making fun of yourself, but at the same time, you're making great content.

3:16

And that's what it's all about. Yeah, man. We're all here for fun. It's a game. It's a game.

3:20

And even the comedy game, because if anyone's watched that Cat Williams interview,

3:25

sometimes you know how serious you can get because it's craft person against craft person.

3:29

But at the end of the day, we got to be funny. I'd be able to laugh.

3:32

I'd be having a good time because what are we doing this for?

3:34

You know? Yeah, absolutely. Let me ask you. And I think I saw it and I, and you know, before we go back

3:39

into our baseball talk, but I did see something that, that did you do some videos on CrossFit?

3:47

Oh, yeah. So, okay. So you talk about having dumb money.

3:51

This wasn't dumb. This wasn't dumb. But sometimes you ask yourself,

3:55

what would you do if we had a billion dollars? Well, there's a league called, now it's called United Grid League.

4:01

It's called Florida Grid League. Yeah, I saw that. Yeah. And it's like the team-based exercises that people compete

4:08

around the line. Now, I used to live in Florida.

4:12

I went to college the first time in Florida. I went to Flagler College.

4:15

I'm actually wearing the sweatshirt. Let's go. Yep, let's go. So I get targeted ads for them, and they were looking for sponsors

4:21

for the team. I was like, what does a sponsor do?

4:24

Well, if you pay them a couple hundred bucks, they'll have a couple of the athletes

4:28

say, hey, you know, shout out to my sponsors.

4:31

And I was like, yo, how much for a team logo?

4:34

It's like this much. I'm like, I got Spotify money.

4:38

So my podcast sponsored her for the Good League team, and they ran the table.

4:45

Undefeated First time rookie champ Like my logo was seen over like 20,000 times man That's awesome,

4:53

So it was kind of like one of those stupid moments But kind of like snowballed

4:56

into it So I flew out there I felt like I was like Steve Ballmer Or like Mark

5:00

Cuban in the crowd Like team get it together.

5:04

Last year was silly dude That's awesome Shout out to Atlanta Oasis by the way,

5:11

I'm literally seeing them right there on the website.

5:15

Orlando Aces. That's awesome. That's hilarious. Yeah.

5:19

Don't give me money, Spotify. You messed up. You don't messed up.

5:22

You messed up. You gave me some Spotify money. Here we go. Want to spend it here.

5:27

That's amazing. The Orlando Aces. I see them right there. There's like,

5:30

what? Eight teams right there on the league.

5:34

Current camps okay all right good

5:37

good for you all right now that i got that question out

5:40

of the way because i was watching i saw your instagram like hold on

5:43

a second i know grid i know you do okay oh

5:46

yeah i love yeah dude i well when i started i

5:49

started doing crossfit a long time ago and then

5:52

you know you saw the crossfit games and all that and then he used

5:55

to work for crossfit the guy who started the original grid

5:58

and then it was like every team

6:01

i saw them like there was like there were these crossfitters these

6:03

like massive you know athletes and

6:06

you're like man i know these people and they're they're doing their wall balls

6:09

and all this all this stuff and i'm like hold on a second i

6:12

thought grid kind of like disappeared for a while yeah it

6:15

actually did so apparently this is like the last league and that

6:18

became so good then they actually changed the name to united grid league but

6:21

like florida league was like the last remembrance of it and then

6:23

it kind of wants to rebuild it they're going to vegas next year it's a whole big

6:26

time it's nuts i love it love it imagine

6:29

watching that eating a hot dog okay you're saying oh hey listen

6:32

i don't care eating a hot dog that's that's there they can't eat the hot dog

6:38

but i'm going to because you know they're doing that and they'll throw up you

6:41

know as doing burpees and all that fun stuff all right so let's talk about let's

6:46

go back to baseball now that we got the grade and i do apologize guys i had

6:49

to i had to i just how that goes but.

6:53

As far as the Baseball United, right?

6:58

So talk to me a little bit more about that because you had an opportunity to

7:03

travel some little places. I'm not jealous at all. No, no, don't be. No, not at all. I'll tell you the story and you won't be.

7:12

Okay, so let's hear it. So it was Cash Shake, which I knew from before because I watched Shark Tank.

7:19

And Cash Shake is usually the worst of Shark Tank.

7:22

He's the guy that and that's also on youtube like he had this

7:25

idea for a brand and the sharks hated it and

7:27

got like ripped to shreds on online right or

7:30

on national television yeah years later had this idea for a baseball league

7:35

out in the middle east it's like back in february which is good for us i called

7:38

it early and i said i got to connect with cheats in april i said oh by the way

7:43

man just put it in your ear if you ever get a chance to talk to cachet can i

7:46

be in the room because Because if you notice, on the Black Baseball Mixed-Aid Podcast,

7:50

it's just Cheats. He just does the main podcast line.

7:53

I do more like the Instagram content.

7:56

So we got a chance to talk with Cash in November.

7:59

And it was a fantastic interview. Baseball United wants to bring the bat and

8:04

ball sport to that region. They're more of a cricket thing. They have teams in India and Pakistan.

8:10

And Cash is like half Pakistani and half Indian. He's American,

8:13

but half Pakistani and half Indian. and also the Emirates.

8:17

Hey, look, you guys are so good. Your perspective is so unique.

8:21

Would you like to fly out to cover the East-West United game?

8:27

We'll even give you a bit of a stipend out there as media, as a part of the

8:29

press corps to make sure you go over there and then you can make it happen.

8:33

And Cheats, to his credit, was like, oh, I'm sorry. I'm going to the Bahamas

8:38

in December, the Jazz Chisholm thing. Don't blink. I was going, don't blink. I can't make it. And it's Thanksgiving

8:43

Day. I got a wife and kid. He can't. He's like, do this yeah hey phil do you want to go and i

8:48

was like yeah i don't got a family i'll go because frankly

8:52

i talked about dumb spotify money i was broke i

8:55

had i didn't have rent together so imagine this

8:58

like you are following your dreams all year traveling the country and doing

9:04

commercials and sponsoring teams because you gotta let go of your job and now

9:07

the money's gone like there is nothing there can't ask your parents everything

9:11

credit cards are all maxed like do i get a real job do Do I like deliver groceries?

9:16

What do I even do? I've been here 15 years. And so cash was like, here's an opportunity.

9:22

She's like, I can't go. But do you want to? It was almost like I went to Dubai out of desperation.

9:27

And I say that because you see the pictures of me in Dubai, like,

9:31

oh, flow's killing it. But I landed without pay.

9:34

Right. I got paid after. So it was like, I was risking being even more in debt

9:41

to get some kind of cash to cover this dream of mine because I believed in what I was doing with that.

9:49

Now, I know that sounds like a cool story in the end because everything works

9:52

out. I'm still living and breathing. I got bills I got to pay. It's all good. But I got in that plane to Dubai afraid.

9:58

Not of Dubai. Dubai was great. But landing there, I'm like, oh, man, this is great, man. Net 45.

10:04

45 not 45 yeah for real

10:07

this is what i love doing when i do man because would you take that risk

10:10

for your brand if your day job said hey i

10:13

need to come in on saturday we'll pay you in two weeks we do it why not

10:16

for ourselves interesting that's wild that you just got on a plane like i don't

10:23

know how this is gonna work out i don't know if it is gonna work out i don't

10:26

know if i'm gonna get paid but here i go there i go and that was thanksgiving

10:30

day in dubai had curry turkey it It was great. I loved covering the team.

10:34

I got to see Bartolo Colon. I had his home run card.

10:37

Met some great content core people out there. It was a fantastic time.

10:41

It was good for professional development as well as showing Baseball United

10:45

that Black Baseball Mixtape is serious about covering the game from that perspective.

10:50

So it all worked out at all different levels, but getting to that plane was just nerve-wracking.

10:55

So about Baseball United, you saw it, you experienced it.

11:01

Give me your thoughts on this right because obviously this is

11:04

this is still new it's a brand new product you know

11:07

for over there it's a brand new market it's going to take some time for it to

11:11

develop right i think in my opinion and i and and again this is just my opinion

11:16

from what i see is like i think they went a little too high too quick and then

11:19

they have to scale it back which is okay there's nothing wrong with that but

11:22

give me your thoughts on on this whole league so i think I think that's a fair assessment,

11:27

because I guess I'm privy to some more information on what was happening there,

11:31

because I felt like they had plans, and the plans got changed very late.

11:35

So there really seemed to be a bigger, I guess, hanger than what the plane could

11:40

fit into. There's too much space. Yeah.

11:43

I was under the impression, I think that what they wanted to do is,

11:46

to your credit, about cricket and fans coming in day in, day out,

11:51

was to train a new region to appreciate another bat and ball sport.

11:54

They locked arms with the cricket board, because the cricket board pretty much

11:58

runs all sports in the United Arab Emirates.

12:00

And the idea was to have a fan fest to basically train the audience to,

12:05

hey, look, don't go and leave. It's going to be a quick thing. Come, get some food, drink some beer.

12:10

Because you can actually drink beer at the game. But then you know see the game and get out of here but

12:14

to me there were some things that i felt like they couldn't do

12:17

they couldn't sell merchandise all they had were giveaway t-shirts you

12:20

know for example so you didn't get a chance to like support the team you wanted to

12:23

uh there was different kind of layouts and things and

12:26

the fans that end up going weren't so much cricket

12:29

fans looking to try something new rather from

12:33

my experience it was expats who want a slice of

12:35

home you know people from saudi arabia who flew in people from

12:38

abu dhabi who drove in like oh my gosh this thing's my

12:41

from boston is going to be in dubai let me

12:44

go see it which isn't a bad thing because you start something new

12:47

you need a core demographic a core fan base yeah you

12:50

grow it but i think that was kind of a miscalculation of

12:53

how many people already into the concept of baseball

12:56

were going to show up now but that said given the

12:59

the the logistical challenges they had cricket

13:02

grounds are round and there are the

13:05

lighting's different because cricket has no shadow and so

13:08

like pitchers hated it i think they did a fantastic job the the

13:12

club they had with the extra food and drink was great

13:14

because both nights were 95 degrees in

13:18

november because it was the winter time yeah they

13:22

did a tremendous job but yeah watching the playback of the

13:25

video i will go man a lot of the stuff doesn't

13:28

come through it does seem empty it does seem kind of like weird

13:31

it does seem interesting that the rules were announced to

13:33

us the day before so we didn't cover it the way we would

13:36

have the money ball and things like that so hey you.

13:39

Know what like any experiment doesn't matter if it's a youtube video or

13:42

a baseball league you can only practice in theory so much

13:45

and then yeah they gotta run tests and

13:48

so that's what happens so so as far as now because

13:51

now they're down to four teams this is what they have they have the cobras

13:53

the monarchs the wolves and the falcons right now falcons yep so

13:57

and and did i

14:00

hear this correct they are not allowed to sell any kind of merchandise at

14:03

the ballpark at that event there were no merchandise to

14:06

be sold so i'm not sure when the season started they're gonna have anything different or

14:09

whatever but like people would say how come there wasn't like a baseball to

14:12

buy or bats or or anything like that all they

14:15

had was one stand that was like giving away like baseball united as a brand

14:18

stuff yeah to not the teams themselves right and i feel like that that to me

14:23

was so out of place it almost feels like someone had to tell them you couldn't

14:27

do that why would you why would you go through that trouble of giving away stuff

14:30

because you can sell stuff. Yeah. You know?

14:33

Interesting. I like that. And so, but they are still playing.

14:36

They are still planning on having a full season and all of that fun stuff.

14:40

Yeah. When does it actually start? There are no dates hard for him, but it looks like it's going to be a winter

14:45

sport based on the weather in that region. So I would assume basically this time next year, November, December,

14:51

I think the league is set to have 60 games.

14:54

Whether or not that's going to be on a MLB pace of being two months or a three

14:58

month or four month pace with less games per week with the travel being required.

15:02

Yeah. For all that travel and all that. Interesting. Hey, listen,

15:05

there's nothing wrong with that. Cause I mean, you got Robinson Cano,

15:07

you got Bartolo Cologne. I mean, you got some, you know, is that Didi Gregorius as well in there?

15:11

Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Oh, yeah. I give a shout out to Courtney Hawkins, man. He was like the best guy out there.

15:16

You know, the content core, and there was nine of us out there,

15:19

you know, covering the game. Courtney put us under his wing, bought us drinks at the bar. Friend for life.

15:27

But i mean paulo sandoval you know like

15:30

i mean there's some some names that you know that like

15:33

you're like all right i know these guys like i mean i know these

15:36

players like these these are xmlb players

15:39

they're playing there now david huff you know

15:42

jair jurgens i mean come on yeah the the gimmick or the intent i assume is kind

15:49

of like how mls is in the united states when I first started having a lot of

15:53

older top flight players with their promise of building up the game for the young American core.

16:00

And so you'll see on the baseball United rosters, there's like prospects from

16:04

Pakistan, India, Uganda, Japan.

16:07

So the idea was kind of like, okay, we don't, we know Japanese baseball is pretty

16:11

much the number two league on the planet, give or take. Yeah.

16:14

Why not have a fight for three or fight for four over time?

16:18

Interesting. I like that. That's amazing. Like, I mean, you have a mixed group

16:22

of people from like, you know, like you said, not just the U.S.,

16:25

but like, you know, Japan and the Caribbean, right?

16:27

Because the Caribbean is really, you know, baseball is one of the sports that's

16:31

like heavily dominated there, right? And I think that's, I love what you say about the MLS culture.

16:38

Roadmap right because like you're right like you know when they first started it was those old,

16:44

players they're you know they're on the way out they're like

16:46

hey you want to come to mls we were growing something here and

16:50

you know you get to play still you still

16:53

get to play right you still get to play yeah i don't think

16:56

messy would have gone to the mls 95 like if he

16:59

was a same experience and something happened messy would

17:02

have laughed at us we're like what are you got what no

17:05

get out out of here absolutely i i'm a supporter

17:08

of the la galaxy in the first game this season's against inter miami

17:11

and tickets in my section i go for two grand two grand

17:15

so i'll be

17:18

watching from from afar because i can't

17:21

afford that that's that's a lot of monies

17:24

you know what i mean wow that's insanity no

17:27

hot dogs so no you're breathing

17:30

air that's it that's all you get and you get some water out of

17:33

a water fountain you know um so as

17:37

far as your brand and you know what you guys are doing and

17:40

black baseball mixtape and all that you know what's in what's in the works for

17:43

you guys like i mean because i know you guys you guys are this baseball's about

17:48

to start we're about to hit it hard what are you guys planning so definitely

17:52

the don't blink bahamas showcube is a really water another watershed moment

17:55

for us and she's got to chat with the players alliance and actually did a special feature with them.

18:00

So if you go to the Players Alliance YouTube page, there's like a discussion video.

18:04

It got released a lot last month. Cheese is actually the podcast of record on that group.

18:08

So once you get it with the Players Alliance, as far as black baseball is concerned, it's pretty great.

18:12

A lot of opportunities this year, the Juneteenth game in the South,

18:16

the East-West game in Cooperstown.

18:18

That's kind of like the big thing is All-Star Game and Globe Life.

18:22

A lot of our followers in the Discord are from the mid-Atlantic Tidewater region.

18:27

So you may do a meetup or so over there.

18:29

And me personally, I just posted this week on my own personal Instagram,

18:33

kind of a full circle moment. My undergrad, my communication professors did a documentary about baseball scouts.

18:41

And as I record this on Thursday, the 18th of January, they're having a showcase, Cooperstown.

18:47

So I'm flying out there this week because I'm going to be like the host of it

18:50

all. Like, hey, guys, welcome. What's going on? Now it's time for this baseball scout. Jerry Blevins is in the voiceover booth.

18:55

He's narrating the documentary too so they hit

18:58

me up because i was a graduate but then i was like i do

19:01

baseball you're doing a baseball thing let's connect you know what i mean so

19:04

the brand's going and of course of course more ballparks man of course i mean

19:08

why not are you gonna hit some minor league ballparks is the question so i yeah

19:14

the answer is for answers yes but i feel like before i venture out i have to

19:17

go to the local ones here class here what's the quakes uh ranch I have to go

19:21

to the Inland Empire. The 66ers. The 66ers, yeah.

19:24

Now, here's something that's ironic. Back when it was a team up in Palmdale,

19:27

it's called the Jet Hawks. I went there to do comedy on the field. So I haven't ever saw a game up there,

19:33

but that team has moved on. So it's like, oh man, it's like a missed opportunity there.

19:38

I want to be able to go there. I want to go see the Modesta,

19:40

the other nuts. The nuts, yeah. As well. And of course, it's kind of a deep cut, but one of the best baseball

19:46

games ever made was MVP Baseball 2005.

19:50

And we have, you're going to love this because you're a mindy guy.

19:53

We have a situation we call the biscuit incident where my guy Brian Ryan thought

19:58

he was the best player in the game and he picked the Yankees and I beat him

20:00

with the Montgomery Biscuits. So I always wanted to go see the Montgomery Biscuits play just to rub in his face one more time.

20:07

So that's on my list. Just picture it, everything. Get a hat there and all that

20:10

fun stuff. I love it. Yeah, Montgomery. I mean, great brand, by the way.

20:13

That's one of the coolest brands out there. If anybody, you know,

20:16

obviously, you know, we're recording this on National Hat Day, right?

20:19

So, like, anybody should get a hat.

20:22

Get a hat no matter what because this is amazing. And by the way,

20:26

I'm on the Players Alliance website right now, just so you know.

20:28

And there's your boy Sheetz right there. Fantastic. This podcast isn't

20:33

even two years old. It's barely two years old. That's just nuts, man.

20:37

That's awesome. I love seeing that.

20:42

I love seeing people succeed in something that they love.

20:46

That's it i don't know what it is it's like you know obviously you

20:49

can you know you know there's some podcasts are not gonna

20:52

last or something they will but like when you see something when you

20:54

see it like man he did it i'm gonna

20:57

do this i'm gonna i gotta keep going because i know that i can

21:00

make it as well i gotta give all the credit to cheat

21:03

still because i think there would have been a lot

21:06

of people tendency to be like oh now that i made it it's my podcast you know

21:10

i mean and of course yes the black basal mixtape is part of the cheese movement

21:14

on paper but as far as like like coming up with ideas and trying to divide and

21:19

conquer what we want to do and encourage me to write or encourage me to do these

21:23

other Instagram things. Like he's been more than helpful for me in a time in my career where I won that

21:27

outlet. So props to him, man. All the most success in the world.

21:30

I consider myself a contributor. I consider myself a custodian, but like sometimes it's kind of like that partner level too as well.

21:36

Yeah. You should get a t-shirt that says, you know, contributor, Black Apple Magic, you know, mixtape contributor.

21:41

Yeah, I did. I helped. Okay. It's like when your kids say, oh ma,

21:44

wow, I heard you need some money. And he'd be like, $2. You're like, look, I gave you something. You need some money.

21:49

Yeah. I love that. Love that. I got to have sheets on. I'm going to,

21:53

I'm going to get ahold of him so we can have him on as well.

21:55

And then I continue this conversation about, you know, black baseball mixtape.

21:59

Cause I think that's awesome. And it's a great movement, obviously, you know, talk about, you know,

22:02

great baseball players that are, you know, so I love that. I love that a lot,

22:07

man. I think that's amazing. So, all right. So in every episode so that I do right.

22:12

Every interview that I do, what I do is I, I do what is called my famous,

22:17

not so famous questions, random questions. Okay.

22:21

Nobody knows what the, you know, the, the guest does not know what I'm going

22:24

to ask. Okay. But there is one question that I ask everybody.

22:28

All right. So you go to the ballpark. Okay.

22:32

And you you're there. I want to know what but it is your food and your drink of choice.

22:39

So that has changed because I was, I was team cheeseburger for a long time,

22:44

but the thing is you travel and you've come to the dark side. I love it. Come on.

22:49

I actually still like cheeseburg, but you know what it is? It's,

22:52

it's hard to get to a point where you see so many parks.

22:54

I thought to brag, you want to have a similar quality when you're,

22:57

we're paying 15, $20. Like for real dude, some parks do right.

23:02

Some parks don't, not the way it is. So the answer to that question is my go-to is pretzel and beer.

23:09

That's my go-to but if it is dog dog night

23:12

or it's like a value menu like in arizona i'll get a hot dog but

23:15

if i'm just trying to show out if i want to i want

23:18

to get the full experience it's usually one gourmet restaurant

23:21

not gourmet but like one like yeah yeah yeah like

23:24

in seattle it's ding tai feng which is a chain but like what ding

23:27

tai feng doing inside of a ballpark i'll check that out as well so and when

23:32

i was in denver they had rocky mountain oysters or bull testicles i saw your

23:36

video saw your video what's this i gotta try it you know what i mean but so

23:42

did you knew did you know what it was before you tried it did they tell you what it was.

23:46

Someone that told me that like years ago like you know what it

23:49

is right but i didn't i thought it was trying to scare you but no

23:52

it legitimately is yeah i had no

23:56

idea it was it was chewy uh so yeah pretzel and

23:58

beer that's universal ball like high school gyms have

24:01

those pretzels so you're fine yeah but then yeah hot dog and then

24:04

whatever the fancy restaurant is and then local beer

24:07

or like a like a national

24:10

chain beer what's your choice i try to be as regional as

24:13

i can like like milwaukee has like spotted cow but if you go to like some of

24:17

the ballparks they don't or they have what they call it the fake ones where

24:20

it sounds local but it's owned by dodger stadium is golden road but golden road

24:25

is an anizer bush you're like well is that local or whatever but But it's usually

24:30

a lager or red. Is a mango card part of Golden Road?

24:33

Yeah. Yeah, a mango card. Crow, I'm sorry, man, but mango card is delicious.

24:38

It is. No, I'm not knocking it, but I'm not going to go full. But I get it.

24:41

I get it because it ends the air, hides the bush. But the cool thing about minor

24:44

league baseball now, though, is a lot of minor league teams are working with

24:47

a lot of microbreweries to create their own brew for the ballpark,

24:53

which I think it is an amazing thing. Baseball and beer. I mean, come on now.

24:58

Right. When the Brooklyn Cyclones, well, I'm not sure this counts,

25:01

but Brooklyn Cyclones, their beer is Coney Island Brewery because they thought Coney Island.

25:05

Even though Coney Island's owned by Sam Adams, that man was still small enough

25:09

to be like, okay, cool, you know what I mean? But lagers, reds, pilsners, out of game.

25:13

There you go. I love it. I love it. All right.

25:17

So here's my question. See a soccer game or a rugby match? Both.

25:22

Galaxy's are my team. I'm actually going to Vegas on March 2nd because Australian

25:27

rugby, NRL, is going to have their American showcases here. Shut up. They're coming. Yeah.

25:32

My team, the Roosters, are going to be playing there. So I'm going out there

25:35

to check them out. All right. Okay. Play Monopoly or Scrabble?

25:39

Monopoly junior monopoly junior yeah

25:42

the one that's based on an amusement park where like this like the boardwalk is

25:45

like like the actual boardwalk okay there's a roller coaster ride a ferris wheel

25:50

that's like my joint all right okay okay all right so you're walking down the

25:55

street right you're walking down the street and you find 10 g's what is the first thing that you do.

26:03

Look at see who's looking at me am i alone

26:07

yeah are there strings for you baby like

26:09

you know like what's the first thing that you buy you know

26:12

what i mean oh he's everything i do i'll make sure i'm not getting

26:15

caught up i was like hey babe you know is there a string to

26:18

this am i gonna get shocked or something but what's

26:20

the first thing i say you're from brooklyn yeah right hey right what's

26:24

the first thing that you do what's the first thing that you buy with

26:27

that money it's yours now it's good so of

26:31

course bill's not really a cool answer but i i want to

26:34

do that hotel suite at rogers the one

26:36

that overlooks that it's like on game day depending on

26:39

the opponent it's like eight hundred dollars for the room to

26:42

open game 200 running off season i'm kind of cool

26:45

do that that's me the first like immediate ink into my head for sure

26:48

and fly business class there i'm not gonna take the steerage dollars

26:51

now like listen we're about to pay for this

26:54

no frontier tier i ain't coming i ain't sure about tier exactly

26:58

this uh this is delta uh i like that all right i like that a lot all right uh

27:06

have you ever watched do you watch a lot of disney movies i have a classic ones

27:11

yeah all right so in your opinion which of the disney princess.

27:18

Jasmine you haven't even told me which one will be will make the best spy spy

27:25

spy yeah see what what am i trying to infiltrate it doesn't matter they are a spy,

27:33

see you said jasmine right off the bat i'm gonna say jasmine

27:36

and here's why because she already started off the movie rich everyone else

27:40

married into well she already had the money she was like i'm i'm

27:43

just gonna do what i do i'm i'm the new batman and she

27:46

picked a brown brother at the end all day all

27:51

day here we go jasmine got mad kudos from everybody all right out of all of

27:59

the animals in the u.s or the world okay one which one would be the biggest party animal.

28:07

Oh, Tortugas, man. They're in the water, chilling, always by a beach bar.

28:14

They just have time of their life. They don't pay rent. There's nothing wrong with that.

28:17

Yeah. Yeah, you're right. You're right. They're just chilling.

28:21

I'm like, we ain't that. This is easy life for us. Come ashore,

28:25

drop some eggs, go back to the water. Come on, man. Bye. That's okay.

28:29

I love that. All right. And then the number two question, and this is where

28:33

I leave you with, my friend, is out Out of all the animals, again,

28:37

which one is the biggest, do you think is the biggest a-hole?

28:42

Steve, black-bellied sheep. My parents are from the West Indies.

28:45

I Googled this. Black-bellied sheep are the most, they're annoying.

28:50

They cry in the middle of the night. They don't want to be moved. They poop everywhere.

28:55

Once you see one, you're like, I can't. Oh, my God. That's hilarious.

29:00

You're like, there was no hesitation whatsoever. some

29:03

people usually take a minute to think about it you're

29:06

like no that's it that's who

29:09

29:14
