Yesterday, we told you about a bill at the state Capitol trying to address implicit or unintentional racial bias in jury selection for criminal trials. The bill is stalled due to opposition from prosecutors. But this is not the first time Colorado has tried to address the issue. And Colorado is not the only state where this debate is taking place. Colorado Sun reporter Thy Vo has been following the story. Here she talks with fellow Sun reporter John Ingold about what she’s learned.
