On this episode, I (Vinny) share my full chronic back pain story, which includes how my pain came about, what finding effective treatments has been like, what I’m doing now to overcome the pain, and the physical and emotional toll of living with pain. 

Yet, like most of what I write and share about my back condition, this is a story of faith, meaning, and perseverance in the midst of adversity. 

I also discuss my desire to explore the world and go for my dreams despite the limitations of chronic pain. 

I’ve felt on my own as I've dealt with this chronic back pain for the entirety of my twenties.

But now I know there are countless others like me who are experiencing something similar. This is for you. This is for me.

This is for anyone who’s enduring what they can’t understand.
