You’re the expert, the maker / mentor / creator, CEO, CFO, CTO, designer, copywriter, customer support, bookkeeper. The list goes on and on.

You take on all of these jobs at the start and then it becomes really difficult to hand off tasks once you’re ready to grow. Especially if you’re a cute little control freak like me 😜

Can someone else do that task as well? Take as much care? Hit the deadlines?
