Heather McGowan is an international thought leader, author, speaker, educator, LinkedIn Top Influencer and expert on #TheFutureOfWork👩💻💼 and #TheFutureofLearning 📚. She’s an innovation strategist who works with people and orgs on the Future Industrial Revolution; clients include Autodesk, BD Medical, AARP, The World Bank, Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, etc.
Her academic work has included roles at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD); Becker College, where she created the Agile Mindset learning framework; and then at Jefferson University, where she was the strategic architect of the first undergraduate college focused exclusively on innovation. Heather is the co-author of "The Adaptation Advantage: Let Go, Learn Fast, and Thrive in the Future of Work" (coming Spring 2020) and a Forbes contributor. McGowan holds a BFA from RISD and an MBA from Babson College.
