On November 13th 2002, singer-songwriter, Tracy Pratt's life changed forever. While celebrating her birthday, she learnt that her father killed her mother and then turned the gun on himself. We talk about Tracy's experience with foster care, mental illness, and where she is at now 18 years later. Tracy has an incredible story and she has shared with us a glimpse of her grief.
