What's more important, experience or potential? 

Today is a great episode because I am joined by a special guest and more importantly a personal friend and mentor of mine: Kevin Lao, Partner Manager at Google. 

In this episode, we dive into the hiring game. Hiring someone who is highly experienced can mean that they are very good at their job. It can also mean that they come with some hefty salary requirements. Hiring someone with potential can pay off in a big way, but it also has the potential to blow up in your face.
