In this episode we are lucky to be Joined By Dr Alison Chalu consultant Psychiatrist and we discuss, depression and anxiety and the effect of the pandemic and lockdown.
At any one time, one in 10 of us will be depressed. Over a lifetime 1 in 5 will be affected by depression.
The lockdown and the pandemic are having a significant impact on the mental health of people as well as the way that the medical services are helping those people.
