In this session, we are talking about the themes of November and how Codependency shows up in our lives. Whether we have it in relationships or with social media codependency can creep in without us even knowing it's there. Many individuals who have trauma in their lives or have lived in homes with substance abuse, fighting, divorce, or violence can develop codependency. I talk about identifying codependency, and its characteristics, as well as tools and ways to break codependency. I also give some ways you can use self-care to combat codependency.
