I love the Marvel movies. Superhero stuff is so fun and timeless. The stories, though fantastical, are relatable at their cores. And even though I never miss a superhero movie release, I have never actually read the comics from which those movies originate. I’ve seen the cosplayers flock to the convention center near my office, but I’ve never actually been to an event. I love and read all kinds of books, but that’s one genre I’ve never dabbled in. Now that my son is getting the bug, I need to learn more about this comic book world and see what I can do to expand not only my worldview, but my boy’s.
