This episode was about Questioning what we think we know. I learned about this topic through spilling coffee in my truck and researching the truth behind recycling. Through research, I discovered that recycling is not as effective as it seems, with only 2.4 million tons of plastic waste out of the 51 million generated in 2020 being recycled. We should be questioning how to better reuse materials and hold our leaders accountable for their decisions. Ask questions and keep asking why to get to the truth.
