In my book, 'Master The Psychology of Weight Loss' Chapter 9 is titled, 'The Hidden Perks of Skipping Breakfast and Dinner.' I lost 42 pounds going from 201 to 159 pounds and keeping it off. I outline the many benefits of skipping breakfast and dinner, starting with the Water Balloon Effect. My aptly titled Chapter 5 in the book where I describe how my own body is like a water balloon. The more I eat they more I expand. Skipping breakfast and dinner helps the body burn extra fat by fasting. Inadvertently, this become intermittent fasting.
