Get to know our guest:   Tamara Thorpe is the Millennials Mentor. She creates exceptional leadership training programs for Millennial leaders, and helps businesses understand and leverage a multi-generational workforce. She also helps entrepreneurs and growing businesses create engaged and high performing teams, and sustainable learning organizations. After earning a degree in Linguistics from the University of California, San Diego and a Masters in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Tamara became a solopreneur. She has been designing and delivering life changing programs for both emerging and seasoned leaders ever since. Tamara believes Millennials are the next great generation of leaders and is committed to ensuring they have the training and tools they need to lead with confidence and know-how.
