As a 61 year old man approaching retirement, I decided to take better control of my health.  I'll share my journey to veganism and what inspired me to go this route.  As a Southern boy, it's not easy giving up my childhood favorites but health issues are more important to me.  Since I started, I have dropped 30 pounds and watched my A1C and blood pressure numbers plummet.
