Rainer is the founder and CEO of Courtex Performance and the lead mental performance coach for NBA and FIBA clients. He has worked with hundreds of clients up to the Olympic level, have a Ph.D. in Kinesiology with a Specialization in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior and is also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant.
We talk about what the word culture means, how you as a coach build it, maintain it and evolve it during a season. There’s also a lot of time spent on the topic of recruiting players, and how to increase your chances of avoiding signing the wrong player for your culture.
