I've been patiently waiting to use this nod to Taylor Swift. Genius, I tell ya.

You know how parenting your adolescent brings up your worst fears? Your insecurities? 'Am I equipped to handle this' thoughts?

You're not alone. This is very common; it happens to all of us.

And, it's often rooted in your own adolescent story that's gone unprocessed.

In this week's episode, I guide you through 10 questions to get you thinking and making sense of your own story. This is important because...

  • you want your adolescent to live their own life, not a projection of the life you didn't have
  • you want your adolescent to walk out the door feeling confident and trusting themselves
  • and, you want your adolescent to treat you and others with respect

All of these wants are valid, and making them real in your life often starts with ensuring your projections are a thing of the past.

I hope this helps you get closer to the peace you deserve,

Ashley
