In this episode which is (part 1 of 2 episodes) we are focusing on GAD which is generalised anxiety disorder. Which is something both myself and orlagh have lived withfor most of our lives. Orlagh gives some insight into her own life experiences, as well as explaining what anxiety looks like to different people and offers up some advice on managing your anxiety on a daily basis.

We will be recording part 2 of this conversation very soon where we will be chatting about, recovery, copystrategies, help and support, and if have time we’ll chat about sexual therapy and what it can do for relatioships.
