Lean Manufacturing, or Lean, is now an overused term to describe continuous improvement. Some think interest in Lean has started to wane. Others think Lean is dead. In this episode, I explore this basic thesis against a current book I’m reading, Redefining Operational Excellence by Andrew Miller.
