They say you learn more from failures than successes. If that’s true, I learned a lot from participating in the National Podcast Post Month Challenge. I didn’t make the 30 posts in 30 days goal, but I did walk away with a long list of lessons learned. And realised that I used some Lean, Kata, and Design Thinking principles in the process.
