This week, hundreds of thousands of technology fanatics have made their annual pilgrimage to Las Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Upon entering the convention center, visitors were greeted by huge TVs. Little do many of these folks know, those TVs may actually be Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
