On his way back to Mexico from seeking his Master’s Degree in Japan, he was recruited as a translator and cultural gap bridge builder to assist Japanese investors moving business to Mexico. Fernando built a successful recruiting firm that withstood the 2001 financial crisis but left after 12 years to partner with one of the top-10 firms in North America, where he is able to combine his unique experience and knowledge with an industry leader.
