WHO IS AN ENTREPRENUER AND WHAT IS ENTREPRENEURSHIP?
An entrepreneur is someone who conceive, give birth, nurture and grow a business idea he/she believes will solve a particular problem of a certain group of people.

Entrepreneurship is the various steps and actions taken by the entrepreneur to solve the problem of his/her identified market.

Some sources for developing business ideas: personal experience, research, past work experience, hobbies and interests, strength and abilities, friends & family, travel, books and magazines, current trends and the web.
Most times, we are enthused by our business idea(s) to the extent that it takes the better part of our brains. Out of zeal and over self-confidence we start our businesses without any precaution of the possible adversities that may come our way. The gap between our plans and the reality is always very wide. The road is neither straight nor smooth. These challenges hit us unprepared and makes us unstable or destroys the foundation which leads to incompletion the journey, others too get easily swayed by any wind of distraction causing the end of promising business ideas; great ideas that never saw the light of day.
But there are also a great number of successful entrepreneurs. What could be their secret of success? What keeps them going despite the challenges in entrepreneurship? What makes them different from those who did not make it?
