This episode is the first introduction to my journey into discovering my essence, as The Queen Whisperer.

In this episode I give a brief outline of my life from as young as I can remember, aged two , the point at which I recognised there was something within me. That something that would later endear me to reach out and connect with individuals.  I explore nuances of my life growing up and how I came to discover what my essence actually was and a deeper understanding of how it could and would be used to its best advantage.

I wanted to explore all the things I now realise were there from the inception, in order to help you understand that there truly is no special science to discovering your own essence. I talk about not being afraid to step into you, being ok with not being ok. I look at the importance of meeting people where they are at. I speak about the importance of practicing introspection and how all of these facets are part and parcel of discovering your true essence.

My aim was to keep this podcast as organic as possible.  I think this is important as I believe the moment we start to focus too must on structuring to fit a particular narrative, that's not of our own making, we run the risk of losing authenticity of self and thus, diluting our True Essence.

In its entirety, The Essence of Me Podcast is not intended to be prescriptive, but nuggets of weekly affirmations which are explored through a conversation built around discovering your own Essence.
