Dr. Anjani Amladi is a double board certified adult and child psychiatrist from sunny California. She joined me on the podcast to talk about her passion: changing the narrative around mental health. We had an in-depth conversation about autism and the support a child psychiatrist can provide the autistic child. We discussed everything from diagnosis to what to do while waiting for a diagnosis to how other therapies help along the way. We also talked about the stigma surrounding mental health and how important it is to know you're not alone, especially in these unusual times.
