Paris plans to make history when it hosts the Summer Olympics this July – becoming the first city to take the Opening Ceremonies out of a stadium. Instead, a boat parade on the Seine will carry more than 10,000 athletes. USA TODAY Sports Reporter, Tom Schad, joins us on The Excerpt to discuss how France is preparing for the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.
