His long track record of experiences include helping people through some of life's hardships such as relationships, parenting, work stress, anxiety and depression. John has extensive training in attachment therapy, trauma therapy and spiritual guidance / direction. When John isn't helping others, he spends his time with his family or in the great outdoors.
