Monika and Natasha Samtani are mother-daughter co-founders and hosts of The Fem Word, a new show broadcasting stories of bold women in creative spaces. Monika is best known as the first South Asian female TV news anchor in Washington, DC. She is the Director/Producer of an award-winning documentary film; is a TEDx talker; and has been honored on ABC TV and multiple magazine cover features for her work on women’s issues. Natasha works in the music industry, advocating for artists and creators and is the Creative Manager at XIX Entertainment.
