How to Be Successful in Fat Loss:Fat loss success tips!!1. Meal Prep what you can, Pre-Plan a little and Pre-Log your food to make sure it fits your numbers.2. Eat nutrient dense foods that keep you satiated3. Aim to eat protein with every meal. I would suggest 25-30 g/meal4. Don't purposely eat less then your calories/macros5. Track everything to the best of your ability. Something is better then nothing. If you go over, log it, see it and improve the next day.6. Water, Water & More Water!! I suggest a gallon a day, if you fall a bit short you are still looking pretty good!7. Get good sleep/rest! Prioritize it! Go to bed earlier, take away the distraction (phone) and aim for 7+ hours a night.8. MOVE YOUR BODY MORE!!! More movement matters!9. Most importantly be consistent & be patient with the process10.
