Leah Rich has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, teaching almost every format and recruiting instructors for in-person and virtual opportunities. She facilitated grand openings and recruited top instructors for boutique studios including CycleBar and San Diego barre studio, Belle + Barre. She taught aspiring fitness instructors how to teach a mind-blowing experience through the American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor Course. Leah believes fitness instructors have the ability to cultivate and nurture some of the strongest communities out there. She has presented at SCW and IDEA PTI to teach modern marketing and sales strategies to help fit pros be in complete control of their careers.
