Holly is a client and friend who is a full time mother, fitness junkie, high level employee, and wife. I have the pleasure of discussing her day to day obstacles, some of the things that prevent her from being as healthy as she'd like, and most importantly, how she overcomes these welcomed obstacles and still remains a badass!

Holly and I are holding a Women's Wellness Retreat in April of 2021. Dates of participation are from the 24th to the 25th. This is an event designed to lift, empower, and provide quality resources for women taking their health and wellness seriously but needing a community!
