It's been a hot minute since I've set myself some kind of challenge or journey to stick to - and I'm no stranger in admitting that the best way for me to get sh*t done is to have some kind of structured routine.
I'm currently in a season where I've come off the back of one of the most exciting times of my life (getting married) and with that came a lot of celebrations and going with the flow.
Last week we returned from a week in Fiji for our honeymoon - it was such a great time but now I'm looking forward to putting my head down and smashing out some goals....
