Five Key Steps to Successfully Transition to a New Niche

Craig suggests a list of questions to ask yourself and decide what changes you could make. He also introduces a resource called the Niche Identification Matrix.

[11:58] #2 Evaluate your fit with your current target audience - Do you enjoy working with this audience? What audience would you best serve? Craig provides an example of a FreeU student who works with a particular audience in an industry she loves.

[13:22] #3 Consider how to amplify your existing niche - What additional services could you add on to your existing services? Craig shares an example of how a niche can be amplified and how to identify complementary services.
