Eli Martyr is a professional stuntman in the film industry. He also  has a YouTube channel, The Free Melon Society, that talks about health,  wellness, and spirituality.

We get into all sorts of interesting  things on this episode such as Eli’s diet. He pretty much only eats  fruit, crazy right? We talk about spirituality, the benefits of  solitude, calming the mind,  fasting, lucid dreaming, astral projection  (inducing out of body experiences!), and we ask the question, what is  consciousness and reality?
