The Tipperary:

1 1/2 oz good Irish Whiskey (we used Powers Johns Lane 12 Year)1 oz. Antica Carpano1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse2 dashes each of Angostura and Orange bitters.

Stir over ice and let sit a bit while you peel the rind from an orange and squeeze it to express the oil from the rind over the glass. Strain cocktail into glass and float down the Liffey.
