This legend is not only a coach that helps women clear trauma to quit emotional eating, heal their food and body relationship, and host at her Reclaiming Confidence podcast but she is a super real and beautiful human. 

We of course talked about her work and clients but we also talked about her powerful back story that gave me goosebumps and I just love how she is using her experience to now help others.
