I've thought about suicide many times over the course of my lifetime. Many times.
And considering I have thought about it recently, I came to the conclusion that so are probably a whole bunch of you... it was time I shared my three powerful steps that I use when I am in the thick of it.

I am also aware, as I am working through integrating years of childhood trauma myself, that you may need to enlist the knowledge and expertise of trauma integration specific modalities first, in order for these steps to be possible for you.
I wouldn't have been able to apply these steps myself if it wasn't for healing I have done in the past.
