This is part two of our burnout series, and this conversation takes a different outlook on dealing with it. Sometimes pushing through the burn is no longer an option. Sometimes it’s better to step away from the thing that’s killing you, even if you love it.

Today on the show, artist BJ Lantz comes on to talk about her creative pursuits, and how she’s finally decided to let part of her business go. As an illustrator and designer, she established herself with a successful licensing career… until the rules changed.

When the work became tougher, and the money became thinner, there’s only so much BJ could take before making what could possibly be the toughest decision she’s every been faced with. That decision is what we talk about today.
