Movement snacks, are for busy people, but if we are to incorporate movement throughout the day, this approach is brilliant.
This snack is supposed to be a trend of 2023. When I searched in YouTube, to see how "trendy" it really was, it had been talked about two years ago, one year ago, and even five days ago.
Trendy, not so trendy, it can fit almost anyone!
