In this week's show, here's what we discussed:

Ryan went to Brandon's list of pre-asked questions. 

Our first question was about chronic insomnia. Ryan talked extensively about sleep hygiene and best practices on preparing for sleep. 

I talked about different sleep archetypes and the nature of sleep cycles and what we might learn from those. 

We talked about sleep from an evolutionary standpoint as compared to modern times. 

Then we had a question about how the body responds to sickness, why is blood sugar high even when the person isn't eating, so Ryan and I speculated about the role of not eating in raising cortisol specifically to raise blood sugar.
